Color Sales Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Two plus years of selling experience in digital color, black & white and or signage services.
  • Experience in selling and marketing to restaurants, retail chains, financial institutions.
  • Experience in selling POP Graphics and related services will be an advantage.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
Job Summary:
  • Promote, develop and manage digital color and black & white digital printing and signage services and products.
  • Promoting marketing campaigns.
  • Introducing new color services.
  • Selling various product types created on an assortment of direct-to-substrate printers, laminators, cutters, software and media types typically found in sign shops, digital print service companies and many screen print providers.
  • Selling to local and regional service companies.
  • Local travel within the Seattle area and occasionally in outlying areas.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

Hours: 8am- 5pm

Compensation: DOE plus commissions and auto allowance and benefits.

Copy Service Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • AA Degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledgeable in convenience printers both small and large format.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
Job Summary:
  • Located onsite within a customer company facility.
  • Responsible for the coordination of on-site copy services, customer service, machinery maintenance and repair, scheduling, and billing.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

Hours: 8am- 5pm

Compensation: DOE plus benefits.

Assistant Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years in a full charge bookkeeping role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Prior experience/knowledge of asset software a plus.
  • Detail oriented.
Job Summary:
  • Accounts Recievable.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements for executives.
  • Filing documents.
  • Billing and invoicing key customers.
  • Journal entries.
  • Tax (sales, property, payroll).
  • Various reconciliations including bank and balance sheet accounts.
  • Maintain equipment database.
  • Fixed assets including capital and operating leases.
  • Depreciation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

Hours: 8am- 5pm
